My receipt didn't scan correctly
Lay the receipt flat with the whole strip in frame, in decent light. Long receipts work best held straight. If an item still comes out wrong, email us the photo — real receipts are exactly what makes the scanner better.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store, not by us: on iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. See our Terms for details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email developer@deepfortune.ai from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We complete deletions within 30 days — see the Privacy Policy.
Which stores and countries are supported?
GroceryTab reads receipts from any grocery store — the AI isn't limited to a fixed list. We're launching Canada-first, with prices in CAD, and expanding from there.
